Chuck Byers is a wine
entertainer, writer and consultant with over thirty years experience in
the wine trade. He has authored several books about wine and has done
wine columns for the Oshawa News, the Courtice News, the Bowmanville
Gazzette, This Week, The Durham Post, Durham Life and Metroland’s West
and Centre of the City magazines. He presently has articles in East of
the City Magazine and a regular column in Durham Trade and Commerce
magazine. In addition to ‘Rendezvous for Dinner’, which will be
published in 2006, he has authored two books on the subject: ‘A Taste
Of Durham’ and ‘A Matter Of Taste’. |
